walking along the punggol waterway

I have been in the mood for keeping my body active lately. I am not really into running, so i do walk…a lot of walk. Yesterday, i left home for an afternoon walk at around 6.40pm. I took the usual jogging track that started from the opposite of my block, and walked all the way up to the end of

Oscar 2012 Highlights

Reported from block 204 punggol field. 1. It’s good to have billy crystal back as the host of the oscar. He’s genuinely funny without trying hard to look so. I say, this man is indeed a natural born entertainer. 2. No spectacular jaw dropping dress spotted. However, i love mila jovovich’s, sandra bullocks’, natalie portman’s, and of course, michelle williams’.

It all started a year ago, when Deszell FD came to sg, at sephora she bought a s$350++ clarisonic plus for her friend in jakarta. I thought i might need it too to get rid of my blackheads, but on second thought, i wouldn’t pay such amount of dollars for an electric face brush. Months later, i read a review

Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy – 18022012

Two things that make me fascinated to see this remake movie. First, Gary Oldman is the lead cast. Second, Gary Oldman is nominated as best actor in this movie for oscar and bafta.:) As usual, i checked the movie’s review first in IMDB and found out that it is actually quite good, 7.3 out of 10. Before watching the movie,

Citizens and Aliens

Having been residing in foreign countries for almost five years, i’ve learnt to accept that eventhough we’re legally called residents, in anyways we’re still be treated differently. Whether it comes to government services, financial benefits, or simply how local people feel and have their thoughts and perception of us, as aliens. For me personally, it’s fair enough. As long as

My precious treasure

Do you own something that basically value nothing, but you keep it as if it is the most precious thing on earth? I do. It is my candy candy comic collection. Nine books of them in total which I have possessed for ages, literally, since year 1991. Back then, one book cost (only) 2500 rupiahs. I remember i had 2

J. Edgar , the movie – 11022012

So we have already planned to see this movie since weeks ago. If it comes to Leonardo Dicaprio’s flicks, we just have to watch it. No need to read any reviews on IMDB first, as i usually do for most of the films. That simple. But let me be honest here, i did open and read the movie’s introduction on
